HS Business Law students conducted a mock trial today at the Jefferson County Courthouse with Mr. Pat McAvan. Mr. McAvan came to the high school and taught the students on Monday and Tuesday of this week. On Wednesday and Thursday, the students spent time practicing and preparing for their roles in the trial. Today, Mrs. Matthews and the Business Law students went and conducted the mock trial with Mr. McAvan being the judge. Mr. McAvan also took the class on a tour of the courthouse. Trenady Sammons, former FMS student, and her younger sister Liberty and Liberty's two friends, Elliot and Alex Joe, wanted to do something nice for our teachers for teacher appreciation week. We are so grateful that they wanted to show their appreciation for ALL Educators in FCSD. So, they delivered gifts this week to all of our teachers in FCSD!Thank you for your kindness!
It is official!!! The FHS Mario Kart Team has qualified for the IAHSEA State Tournament in Des Moines on June 1st. The team is working on State T-Shirts and will hopefully have information out soon. Congratulations to the team!

8th graders are visiting the HS today to start working on transitioning! Only 15 school days left this year. They are a great group of students, and HS is lucky to have them coming their way!
