FCSD Annual Notices

State and Federal regulations, as well as some district policies, require the district to annually post certain notifications to the public. Website posting is one of the ways the district shares required information each year.  One can also find these annual notices posted in buildings and located in various establishments in Fairfield. These notices include, but are not limited to Student Records, Homelessness, Asbestos, Nutrition, 504, FERPA, Open Enrollment, and Pupil Rights.
