How to Pay Fees

• Pay book & food service fees online via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

  • 2023-24 book & band fees will not be assigned until after July 1, 2023.

  • You can also set up reminders and/or recurring payments for food service fees

• Pay by check, cash, credit or debit card at your child's school or the ACT Office

• Mail payment to the ACT Office, 403 S. 20th St, Fairfield, IA 52556

• Activity Ticket - High School Activity Office or via the Parent Portal School Store

• Parking Pass - High School Office or via the Parent Portal School Store

Free/Reduced Lunch
Application & Waiver

If your child(ren) qualifies for free or reduced price meals in the 2023-2024 school year, they may be eligible for other benefits. You must sign a waiver to authorize the Food & Nutrition Services Department to disclose your free or reduced meal eligibility status for consideration of full or partial reduction of fees. This form must be completed each year in order for you to be eligible to have fees waived.

A new Meal Eligibility Application must be completed annually unless you've received a letter from the district stating you are eligible via direct certification. Fee adjustment is based on new eligibility for the 2023-2024 school year. Meal Eligibility Applications will be included in the registration packet mailed out in late July. Eligibility applications will not be processed until after August 1st.

Fees may not be adjusted until mid-October each school year. If your eligibility status is unknown, wait to pay book fees until your application is reviewed and adjustments have been made (after 10/09/23).
