Middle School Fall Activities are starting next week! Here is a list of the first practice dates and times along with coach contact information:
* The first 7th and 8th grade football practice will be held Monday, August 21 at 3:45pm at the MS practice field. Head Coaches: 8th Paul Konczal, paulkonczal@hotmail.com , 7th Spencer Else, spencer.else@gmail.com
* The first 7th and 8th grade volleyball practice will be held Monday, August 21 at 4:15pm in the MS Gym. Head Coaches: 8th Sara Polk, sara.polk@fairfieldsfuture.org , 7th Carleigh Roberts, carleigh.roberts@fairfieldsfuture.org
* The first day of FMS Band camp will be held Monday, August 21 at 6:00pm in the MS Band Room. Director: Robin Wendland, robin.wendland@fairfieldsfuture.org
* The first 7th and 8th grade cross country practice will be held Tuesday, August 22 at 3:30pm at the HIGH SCHOOL. Head Coach: Cole Boatright, cole.boatright@gmail.com

The Fairfield Community School District will receive proposals for audit services relating to the annual audit of the District for the year ending June 30, 2023, with options available for FYE 2024 and 2025. See website front page for more information.
Agenda for this Friday's "Meet the Trojans" Event. The event will kick-off with an All Fall Sport & Cheer Parent Welcome in the FHS Gym at 5:00pm. Parents will then break into their son's or daughter's activity specific parent meeting. Hy Vee grilled dinners will be available at the event for $6 from 5-8pm with all of the proceeds being donated to the Trojan Athletic Booster Club. Activity Passes will be available for purchase. Youth Football will be holding registrations in the HS Wrestling Room from 6-8pm. At 6:30pm on the track, the Trojan Athletic Booster Club will present FHS with a $50,000 contribution to the school's athletic account which is used to support all 7-12 athletic programs. HS Fall Sport & Cheer Team Participants will then be introduced. Following team introductions, the volleyball team will hold an intrasquad scrimmage in the gym and the football team will hold a scrimmage vs Ottumwa at the stadium. The evening will conclude with an icy popsicle feed donated by Hy Vee. See image of agenda. Looking forward to seeing many at this event! Go Trojans!
