Imagination Mythic Digital Poster

Join us on a journey into the imagination of a playful storyteller sharing their love of Greek Mythology and creativity with a younger sibling and the audience. Imagination Mythic is an original script written and adapted by FHS Drama Director Noel Wotherspoon, and this production presented by The Broadway Players of FHS will be its World Premiere.

Comedy and Drama, Action and Adventure, experience multiple genres told through a variety of styles. With emphasis on visual storytelling this show incorporates mime, human shadow puppetry, and colorful lighting effects along with traditional stage pictures to tell the stories of several fantastical myths. Some of the featured myths include: Pandora’s Box, Artemis, Callisto, and the origin of Ursa Major, and The Abduction of Persephone. At the core of this script is a poignant story of two siblings learning to reconnect and understand the importance of imagination, even in a grown up, modern world.
