Fairfield, July 13, 2023 - After nine years of dedicated service to the Fairfield Community School District, Dr. Laurie Noll has made the difficult decision to retire as Superintendent. With mixed emotions, Dr. Noll expresses her gratitude and looks forward to supporting her family's health needs in this next phase of her life.

Throughout her 40-year career in education, Dr. Noll has held various positions, including associate, summer custodian help, teacher, department chair, alternative high school principal, curriculum director, and superintendent. Her vast experience and unwavering commitment have contributed to the success of the district.

During her tenure in Fairfield, Dr. Noll prioritized the district's financial stability, successfully right-sizing the budget to live within its means. Under her leadership, the district reduced general fund expenditures by over a million dollars while maintaining a strong commitment to providing an exceptional education for students.

Reflecting on her accomplishments, Dr. Noll stated, "I am proud of the strides we have made together. From implementing innovative technology initiatives to expanding academic programs and extracurricular activities, we have worked tirelessly to ensure our students receive the best possible education."

Dr. Noll expresses her deep appreciation to the students, staff, and community for their unwavering support. Their dedication and hard work have made the Fairfield Community School District an exceptional place for learning and growth.
