Attention FMS Students and Families! The FMS Student Council is excited to announce the return of Hat Days! Join us in wearing your favorite hats every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. To participate, simply bring $1 on hat day, and you'll not only get to wear your hat but also contribute to our Care Fund. Mr. Wigle spent time with a FMS Leadership class today. Mr. Wigle had them play a game called "Win as much as you can" where students had to communicate and trust each other to try to score as many points as they could. He then went on to talk to the students about his current position in our district. He also had the students brainstorm in what they could do to become a better leader. Thank you Mr. Wigle for coming to spend time with the leadership students at FMS.

Monday’s FMS Announcements, September 30th Teacher’s, please release the 7th grade volleyball team and managers TODAY at 3:05 for their game in Mt. Pleasant. The 8th grade team will play here at 4:30. Good luck, teams! --- Great work continuing with your fundraising! Don't forget that you still have time to make your 10 contacts or raise the money needed to qualify for the Day of Awesomeness! Today, we have two very special winners of our Starbucks gift cards - Channing Countryman and Emry Dorothy. Tomorrow will be the water bottle drawing, so keep up your hard work! --- Students, please be sure you take your picture packets home to your parents. FMS picture day is Thursday, October 3rd! Get ready to smile! --- Art club will be TOMORROW after school until 5 pm in the Art Room, #116. Art Club will meet the first Tuesday and the third Tuesdays of each month. --- Starting tomorrow (Tuesday), students who order the PB& J lunch will go to lunch in the main office hallway. They will grab the PB&J bag, go to the salad bar, and then type in their lunch number at the desk as usual. Please make sure, if you get the PB& J Option, go through the office hallway to pick up your lunch. --- Attention Builders Club Members! We would like to congratulate the following students on being elected as Builders Club officers: Tre Wilson will serve as Builders Club President. Ben Brown and Grant Bisgard will be Co-Vice Presidents. Dylan Brown will serve as Treasurer. Elwood Kinder will be club Secretary. Congratulations to all! --- Attention all associates, if you have turned in your red book, please find it on the shelf and make the necessary changes. Every vote matters, so please vote! --- If you are interested in signing up for a Young Artists Class which will be held at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center for 2nd through 6th graders.
