Congrats to these students for receiving the October Principal’s award! We are so proud of all of you!

Teachers worked hard this morning in their leader in me action teams to plan out events and student leadership opportunities for the rest of the school year. We also took time to reflect on the first quarter and how parent teacher conferences went.
Tomorrow teachers will continue work as a district with Four Oakes and trauma informed care.

FREE 3rd-6th grade girls basketball session 🏀 Check this flyer out for details!

Today, after working through their debate practice skills, students played the classic party game, Mafia. The focus of the activity was to recall and apply the debate skill practice from yesterday’s lesson "The Debate Do's and Donts". The kids were not only focusing on being deliberate with their tone of voice, but their body language as well. Love the creativity and fun!

Round TWO AJ rewards for 6th and 8th graders!

Assistant County Attorney Patrick McAvan talked to 6th grade GOAL students on Tuesday about his job and what skills/education it takes to be a lawyer. He answered their questions and gave advice for the preparation for their upcoming mock trial. We love getting our community involved in our school. Thanks, Pat!
