On Thursday, March 12, we will be celebrating our students who filled out their assignment journal and got it signed in trimester 2! Students needed to have this done at least 8 weeks out of the trimester to qualify. To celebrate, we will show a movie and provide pizza to those students.
Our schedule will be modified on this day. Please see the attachment so you are able to plan ahead.

To wrap up the trimester in art, some of our 8th graders got to leave their mark on the art room and paint a cabinet door, like many students have before them.
We will certainly miss these artists as they move to FHS next year, but we're grateful to have a piece of them here!

Fantastic job and a big THANK YOU to our FMS Trojans Live guest speakers this week. Our focus was on service to our community and our guests, community member (and substitute teacher!) Rachel Brown and high school students Christian Rasmussen and Faeven Gebremariam, did a wonderful job sharing about how serving the community around them serves themselves just as much as others.

Please remember that conferences are coming up on Monday, March 2! As we have done in the past, spring conferences will be for student-led conferences! We have worked hard this year to improve the quality of our student portfolios and look forward to having your student share these with you.
5th grade families - please sign up with your student's HOMEROOM teacher.
