Fairfield Middle School

The Fairfield Community School District recently closed the superintendent application period on January 29, 2024. The district received 23 applicants. The next steps will involve the Board of Education meeting in closed session on Monday, February 12 to begin application reviews, with finalist interviews scheduled for the week of February 26, involving approximately 100 stakeholders.

Last night the boys and girls teams wore Green warm-ups to support and raise awareness for organ and tissue dontation. There was a duck toss at half time and all proceeds from the event are going to the Iowa Donor Network. On top of that, an anonymous donor pledged $1 for every point scored by all four Trojan teams that were in action last night! Thank you to the sponsors, Iowa State Bank, Agri-Plastics, KMCD-Classic 96 and the Fairfield Baseball Club for making this event a possibility. Special Thanks to Mark Myers and the Jefferson County Treasurers office for coordinating the event! Go TROJANS!

A Reminder for Monday's Home Basketball Games , Please come out and support the Trojans and the Fairfield Middle School Student Council by having Breakfast for Supper. Breakfast will be served from 5:30 to 7 or until sold out in the FHS commons. The cost will be $7.
