Friday’s Announcements, August 30th Students who signed up for Builders Club: We will plan to meet after school on Wednesday, September 11 until 4:30. --- The FMS Bible Study is back! Bible study will hold its first meeting next Friday at 7:35am in Room 109 (the old FACS Room in the 6th grade hallway). It is open to ALL 5th through 8th grade students as well as staff. Come and bring a friend for a tasty breakfast and stay for a word of encouragement from the Bible. See Mr. Thompson or Mrs. Mosinski with any questions. We are excited to see you at Bible Study on Friday, September 6th, at 7:35am in room 109! --- 5th & 6th grade students: With Friday’s having the 2 pm early out each week, there will be 2 new clubs added. They will start on Friday, September 6th. One is Board Game Club and the other is Makerspace Club (Design, Create & Build). Times for these clubs will be from 2:00-3:30p You will need to pick up forms to sign up for these clubs. They need filled out and signed by a parent. Please return them into the office when completed. These clubs will be limited to only 20 kids each. Be sure to get you forms in soon if you are interested! --- Have a great day everyone! FMS -- Tuesday’s Announcements, August 27th 7th & 8th grade girls cheer practice will start on Wednesday, the 28th, at 6:50 am. Be dressed and ready to go for practice! 7th and 8th grade volleyball players have practice today from 3:30-5:30 at the middle school. Any player staying after school for practice needs to report to the gym after the walker bell. Builders Club will be meeting Wednesday, August 28th from 3:45-4:30 in room 109! This service club is open to ALL FMS students, 5th to 8th grades! Bring a friend and plan to come find out about all of the fun activities we have planned! Reminder, Wednesday and Thursday are regular school days getting out at 3:35. Friday will be a 2 pm out. This will be the case every Friday! ---- Have a great day everyone!

Middle School Volleyball Start Date: 7th & 8th Grade Volleyball Practice will start on Wednesday, August 21st and will be from 4:30-6:00pm in the Middle School Gym. There will be no practice on Thursday, August 22nd due to open house. On Friday, August 23rd, practice will again be from 4:30-6:00pm. Fairfield parents and guardians,  If you have a child in grades 5 through 12 for this coming school year, and if they have interest in football,  register them for our Trojan Football Camp. Walk ups are welcome and pre registration is not required, but if they want a t-shirt at the conclusion of camp, register by Monday, July 29. For 5th - 8th graders camp goes from August 6-8. For 9-12 graders camp goes from August 5-8. POSTPONED, LOCATION, TIME CHANGE: Due to the chance of severe weather, the varsity baseball substate game scheduled for today in Muscatine has been POSTPONED. The game will now be played tomorrow (Tuesday, July 16) at 5:00p at North Scott High School. Go Trojans! #OneFairfield

TIME CHANGE: Due to the weather forecast, today's varsity baseball substate game being played at Muscatine HS vs Davenport Assumption will be played one hour earlier with a 6:00pm start time. Go Trojans! #OneFairfield

Congratulations to the FHS Varsity Baseball team on their 13-1 substate opening round victory over Keokuk last night. The Trojans are scheduled to play next Monday in the 2nd round vs Davenport Assumption. The game will be played at Muscatine High School's Baseball Field at 7:00pm.
