The district is seeking a new high school principal for the 2024-2025 school year. Current principal, Aiddy Phomvisay will be leaving the Fairfield CSD to serve as the next Superintendent in the Estherville Lincoln Community School District. The search has began and will conclude with the hiring of a new leader. Your feedback regarding which desired qualifications are most important for this position will ensure the hire is a good fit for the school district.
