I am Kelsie Roland, the School Counselor for Washington Elementary. My husband, Jeremy, and I reside in Fairfield and have two children. I have been working at Washington since 2017. I was the School Counselor at Pence from 2013-2016. As a School Counselor, I strive to meet the needs of all students in the areas of social/emotional, academic, and career through classroom lessons, small groups, and individual counseling. I also work with school staff and stakeholders in the community in order to advocate for the needs of students.
