Mindy Hoskins graduated from Fairfield High School in 1989. She attended Iowa Wesleyan College and graduated in 1993 with degrees in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and a Reading Endorsement. She began teaching third grade in the Fairfield Community School District in 1994 at Lockridge Elementary. In 2002 she moved to Washington Elementary where she currently teaches third grade. She is a member of the Iowa Reading Association.
