Mr. Belzer is a 2003 graduate of Cardinal High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. Mr. Belzer has been in the Fairfield School District since 2008 and has been teaching Physical Education at FMS since 2011. He also coaches high school cross country, middle school girls' basketball and high school track & field.
