Karen Price has been teaching since 1984 in a wide variety of settings and in every grade from pre-school through 12th grade (except Kindergarten!). She earned her bachelor's degree in biology and education at Swarthmore College and was granted a Middle and High School teaching certificate by the state of Pennsylvania. She is currently working on her master's in education. Karen gets excited by nature, science and math, by good books (from picture books to novels), music and people. And she loves to share that excitement with children!
