Art Club Oct 15, 2019

Sketching and fiber arts

Art Club met for a regular meeting Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019

35 students with  Mrs. McDow, Mrs. Robb, and myself leading the pack.

We are happy to say Nicole Robb, a  High School Community Service Student is helping every where needed. Also in attendance was Cheri T.'s friend, Ashley E.  from California.

Art club is full of color as students choose from may options.

Plastic canvas names are being stitched. Letters are cut from sheets of plastic, so the spelling is just right. Each student can choose the colors and pattern they wish to stitch. We never seem to have enough needles and needle threaders. Each student is encouraged to keep their supplies in a clear baggie with name visible.

Felt  Candy Corns of different sizes are being made to add to the current treat bag decorations hung in the FMS front windows. We enjoy adding Pops of season color to our building. Club members can not wait to spice it up for the holidays.

We always have some one sketching and painting. They show off art with excitement.

Permission slips are still available for more members.

November 5th we wil gather again.
