TROJAN SUMMER STRENGTH CAMP
Strength, Conditioning, Speed & Agility training sessions will be offered to our high school student-athletes again this summer. The workouts will start on June 11th and will occur on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday mornings in June and July. There will be 2 training sessions offered each day, one session for HS Boys and one session for HS Girls. The HS Boys session will be from 6:00am to 7:30am and the HS Girls Session will be from 6:30am to 8:00am. The Monday & Tuesday sessions will focus on lateral and linear agility work and strength training. The Thursday sessions will incorporate some fun conditioning and team building activities into the strength-training plan. We hope to see many of our student-athletes taking advantage of this great opportunity! Go Trojans!

Who: Any 9th-12th Grade FHS Student Athletes (** Based on 2018-19 school year)
Location: FHS Weight Room, Gym, Track
Starts: June 11, 2018
Dates: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday mornings in June and July
Time: HS Boys – 6:00 to 7:30am, HS Girls – 6:30 to 8:00am
Attire: Athletic clothing and gym shoes are required
Coaches: Strength Coaches Jay Pike, Woody Orne, and Jerrod Belzer will be designing the training sessions and will be assisted by numerous FCSD Coaching Staff Members to administer the workouts to the student-athletes.
