Podcasting in Kindergarten
Students of all Ages can Podcast - Just Listen!

Kindergartners in Mrs. Sandbothe's class have been working on using technology in the classroom. Recently they completed their unit of study on digital photography and using the program GarageBand to create a podcast. The students all took pictures around school to go along with their assigned letter of the alphabet. Then they were given poems to take home and practice. Each child was then able to record their poem and use pictures to help create a podcast. Another program, Photo Booth, was used to take self-portraits and added to the podcast.
The students enjoyed using their reading skills and newly acquired photography skills to be creative! We want to thank Mrs. Price, Mrs. Breen and Mr. Wear for helping us pull our project together. Click on the link to hear our podcast!
