High School: Principal's Office

AlumniWall of Honor

Alumni Wall of Honor

A Wall of Honor has been established to recognize distinguished graduates of Fairfield High School. An organizational committee has been formed from school district administration and former FHS graduates.

The Wall of Honor has been funded through private sources. Donations have been received from class reunion committees, individuals, community organizations, businesses and industries. It is a desire of the Wall of Honor Committee to establish a permanent endowment fund.

Nomination and Selection

Anyone may nominate a graduate of Fairfield High School for this prestigious honor. Forms may be secured from the Principal’s office and are due by June 1 of each year. In addition to being a graduate, living or deceased, a nominee must have 1) achieved distinction in their profession, public career and/or community service, and 2) had a positive influence on the lives of others.

Induction

The Induction Program is in the fall of each school year. New and past inductees are invited to Fairfield High School where they are able to visit classes and join faculty, students and friends at a presentation and program. The Induction Program concludes with a reception and dinner.

The Hall

An engraved plaque with a picture, biography and citation for each inductee is on permanent display on the North Wall of the Fairfield High School Commons. This display exemplifies the high quality of education available to Fairfield students and allows inductees to serve as role models for these students.
