The 'jail' was a big hit with the students (and their parents)!

Lincoln Family Night Carnival a Huge Success

The building was alive on a Friday night!  On March 14, Lincoln Links, the Lincoln School parents' group, sponsored an all-school carnival for our students and their families.   Students putting their parents in 'jail', sticking a gold coin on the pot held by a life-sized photo of Mrs. McCracken, throwing a baseball or softball past the radar gun and having their speed recorded, tossing toilet paper through a toilet seat, and many other games.  Lucky winners in the drawings came away with new bicycles, ipod shuffles, gift certificates and new Lincoln T-shirts.  Walking tacos were available for purchase for families wishing to dine together.

It was wonderful to have over 80% of our families present for our family night.  A special thanks to all the parents who gave their time, money, and efforts to make the carnival a huge success!
